My order never arrived.

If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", contact us immediately.

If, after having receiving your order, you notice that a piece is missing, contact us immediately. When will my backorder arrive?
If an item that you have ordered is not immediately available for shipping, you will be contacted via phone or email to give you the choice to either remove the item from your order or wait for it to become available (backorder). In either case, you will be notified when the item is back in-stock.
