King Shock Reservoir Cylinders are not a wear item and only need to be replaced if damaged. They are machined from aluminum and clear anodized for added protection. They are available in several diameters and lengths and machined to accept standard reservoir end caps or threaded for compression adjusters. Use the tables below for reference and then select your reservoir cylinder from the drop down menu above for ordering.

To order reservoir cylinders you will need to know the outside diameter of the reservoir cylinder and the overall length. In general, 2.0 King shocks use 2.0" diameter reservoirs and 2.5 King shocks use 2.5" diameter reservoirs. King OEM shocks use either 2.0" and 2.5" reservoirs, and King race series (RS) shocks use 2.75" or 3.46" OD reservoir cylinders. Standard PR series 2.0" and 2.5" reservoir cylinders feature a retaining ring groove to accept standard reservoir end caps with compression adjuster models being threaded on one end to accept the compression adjuster assembly. Larger race series (RS) reservoir are only available with threaded ends to accept race series threaded reservoir end caps. Carefully review the reservoir cylinder details below, and then select the part number you want to order from the pull down menu above.

2.0 PR shocks use PR 2.0" reservoirs by default.
2.5/3.0 PR shocks use PR 2.5" reservoirs by default.
2.5/3.0 OEM shocks use either PR 2.0" and PR 2.5" reservoirs.
2.5/3.0/3.5 RS shocks use RS 2.75" reservoirs by default.
4.0/4.5 RS shocks use RS 3.46" reservoirs by default.
